The much dreaded and awaited SYF is finally over. Sounds a bit un-emotional eh. OK, to be frank, I really feel relieved and liberated. Yeah, LIBERATED is the word. It's like I don't have to stay back in school till like 11+pm for consecutive nights anymore. And that itself should be a great cause for celebration. My fingers can also be spared from further bruises and blisters, until the concert comes next month. Haha, relaxing... =)
The results for SYF: GOLD. Would say that I'm quite satisfied with this result, although it could have been much better certainly. >< At least all our efforts didn't go down the drain, and we received a rather fair rate of return. Really, all the time, effort and hard work were just for that 10 minutes of performance on stage, like that Chinese proverb 台上一分钟,台下十年功. The process of training was really arduous, and tiring. But when the outcome of it is satisfactory, it is worth it. And certainly, this SYF experience have been bittersweet but fruitful for me. Thank you Guitar Club! We had a wonderful time together! =)
Wishing all performing art groups ALL THEIR BEST for their SYFs coming up soon! Jia you! =)
