Felt greatly inspired after watching the movie. The movie, based on the real-life story of Chris Gardner, was truly touching and compelling. Although I have read about this story in a Chinese magazine before, it was a totally different experience watching Will Smith and Jaden Christopher Syre Smith, the real-life son of Chris Gardner acting it out. The love, determination, passion and dare shown by Chris was amazing, and those qualities were perhaps the key to his eventual success. The quote above was taken from the scene when Chris was talking to his son at a basketball court, and those words struck a chord deep within me. Don't be hesitant, don't be deterred by others, just follow your dreams.
OK, enough for the movie review. Haha, the para above sounds really serious. Now something less serious. Core module today was OK. Nothing much about the course itself, just sat through it and listened. Enjoyed the food provided. =) Paul was really admirable. Can tell that he really enjoys what he is doing now, and he is passionate about it. Wishing him all the best!
