I will never never never eat from that stall after lunch time again. I might not have solid evidence to prove my gut feeling but when the same things kept happening again and again my experience tells me such occurrences were beyond coincidental. I truly regret taking the risk yesterday despite suffering the symptoms of colicky abdominal pain, nausea, urgency and diarrhoea several times previously, after consuming presumably unhygienic food from that stall. I suspect much of the food was leftover from lunch, and were openly displayed on the shelf accessible to flies and other disease-spreading vectors. Contaminated food, gastrointestinal upset and its complications of intestinal epithelial damage and electrolyte imbalance - I am quite sure there is a link between them. Or maybe one more thing could be added: poor decision made.
